Cancellation Policy
At Snatch & Sculpt, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect our schedule, we kindly ask that you follow the cancellation policy below.
24-Hour Notice Required
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service fee.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable, but they can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if proper notice is given.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients.
